Ballot Retention for the Pre-existing One-State Political Parties that Nominated Rocky Anderson for President

Source: Ballot Access News

Early this year, Rocky Anderson founded the Justice Party and was nominated as its presidential candidate. His attempts to get on various state ballots were helped when four one-state parties which were already ballot-qualified nominated him as their presidential candidate. These four parties were the Connecticut Independent Party, the Michigan Natural Law Party, the New Mexico Independent Party, and the Oregon Progressive Party. All four parties had nominated Ralph Nader for President in 2008. Read more »

Connecticut Secretary of State Web Page Erroneously Shows Rocky Anderson Carrying Towns of Wallingford and Woodbury

Source: Ballot Access News

Connecticut seems to have completed its official tally already. See here. The tally shows that Rocky Anderson polled 19,399 votes in the state, but this seems to be an obvious error, because the official tally shows that Mitt Romney received zero votes in Wallingford, and that President Obama received 9,259 votes in Wallingford, and that Anderson received 11,559 votes in Wallingford. There is a similar mistake for the town of Woodbury. Read more »

Probably at least 8% of all votes nationwide still Read more »
