The Maine Secretary of State has determined that the Libertarian Party presidential petition for Gary Johnson has enough valid signature. See this story. This will be the first time a Libertarian presidential candidate has been on in Maine since 2004. In 2008, the Libertarian presidential petition did not have enough valid signatures in Maine.

The map misleads viewers into thinking that Nebraska has a top-two open primary. Although, as already reported, only one unqualified party, the Libertarian Party, submitted a petition to be on the November ballot statewide in West Virginia, there was also an independent presidential petition submitted. The independent presidential candidate is Randall Terry, famous for fighting against legal abortion for many decades. He submitted 11,433 to meet a requirement of 7,135. Read more »
